For brand sessions, the inquiry form is intentionally detailed because your answers help me understand your business and begin shaping your session from the very first step.
For lifestyle sessions, the form will be a little simpler, but I will still ask enough to understand what you want captured and what kind of feeling you want the session to have.
If you already have a Pinterest board, inspiration images, or a loose idea of what you are drawn to, you are welcome to share that too. It helps us start the creative process with more clarity.

Once you submit the form, I will personally respond within 24 hours.
For brand sessions, you can expect a warm, personal response that speaks to what you shared in your inquiry, along with more details about pricing and the next best step. If it feels like a fit, we will move into a planning call and begin building your Creative Blueprint together.
After the planning call, you will receive your proposal, contract, and payment details. Once everything is complete, your session is officially booked and the planning process begins.
For lifestyle sessions, I will respond with availability, pricing details, and any next steps based on what you are hoping to capture.
The process is meant to feel thoughtful without feeling complicated.

Sota Creative is based in Sarasota, Florida and regularly serves clients throughout Sarasota, Downtown Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Wellen Park, Myakka City, Tampa, St. Pete, and surrounding areas.
I am happy to travel from Tampa to Venice and am also available for select in-state and out-of-state sessions depending on the project.
